Bio

An avid promoter of personal and professional development, Candace Spicer is the author of No Box and the delightful children’s book Hopper and the Happy Houses. Drawing from her own experiences, Candace wows audiences with her motivationally-themed messages. Her “easy read” books and invigorating seminars are fun, relatable and inspiring.

Candace has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Belhaven University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from The University of Memphis. She is the former moderator of the popular radio segment, Breaking the Mold, which focused on social awareness and business etiquette among young professionals (Citadel-Memphis Radio Group). Candace is also a model and former Miss Tennessee USA contestant.

Born and raised in Memphis, TN, Candace has become a trail blazer in her city. She was named as a “Woman To Watch” by the Memphis Minority Business Magazine and was also featured as a successful alumna in her Alma Mater’s publication, The Daily Helmsman. Candace currently works in the field of Economic Development and continues to write and speak to various groups. Her mission is to inspire others to live the lives they have only dreamed of.
